| 摘 要： | 目的：探索宁夏枸杞采收、制干规律，指导宁夏枸杞采收制干SOP的制定。方法：总结归纳宁夏枸杞采收制干现状，分析采收时间和间隔期以及制干方法对宁夏枸杞品质质量和产量的相关影响。结果与结论：正确掌握采收的最佳时机和适宜的制干方法是影响宁夏枸杞品质质量和产量的关键因素，科学合理制定宁夏枸杞采收制干SOP。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the laws of the gathering and drying of Lycium barbarum L. and guide the formulation of their standard operational procedures (SOP) . Method; To sum up and deduce the present situation of the gathering and drying of Lycium barbarum L. and analyze the relevant influence of gathering time and its spacing interval as well as the drying methods of this crop on the quality and yield of it. Result and Conclusion; To harvest this crop at the best time and apply adequate drying methods to it are the key factors which exert influence on its quality and yield and thus its gathering and drying SOP Should be worked out scientifically and rationally. |
