穴位埋线结合中药辨证治疗宫内节育器致月经过多130例疗效观察

目的观察穴位埋线结合中药辨证治疗宫内节育器致月经过多的临床疗效。方法将258例宫内节育器致月经过多患者随机分为2组,治疗组130例应用穴位埋线结合中药辨证治疗,对照组128例给予单纯西药治疗。2组连续治疗6个月经周期后观察临床疗效、月经量变化及血红蛋白(Hb)变化。结果2组痊愈率和总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后月经量正常率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗后Hb较对照组升高(P0.05)。结论穴位埋线结合中药辨证治疗宫内节育器致月经过多疗效显著,且无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of menorrhagia of intrauterine device

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine on menorrhagia of intrauterine device. Methods 258 patients with menorrhagia of intrauterine device were randomly divided into two groups. 130 cases in the treatment group were treated by catgut implantation at acupoint combined with differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. 128 patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicine treatment. The clinical effect, changes of menstrual blood volume and Hb were observed after six menstrual cycles Results The total effective rate in treatment group （98.5%） was higher that in control group （39.1%, P〈0.01）. Improvement of menstrual blood volume in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.05）. Hb in treatment group was increased in comparison with that in control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Catgut implantation at acupoint combined with differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine have definite effect on the treatment of menorrhagia of intrauterine device, and non-toxic side effect.
