扶正循经平刺配合药物治疗Hunt面瘫40例临床观察

目的观察扶正循经平刺配合药物治疗Hunt面瘫的疗效。方法将78例Hunt面瘫患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用扶正循经平刺配合药物治疗,对照组38例采用常规针刺配合药物治疗。2组治疗结束后观察疗效,并进行治疗前后自身面神经肌电图变化(20 mA电刺激)比较。结果治疗组总有效率97.50%,对照组总有效率86.85%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组患侧治疗前后面神经直接刺激、瞬目反射比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患侧治疗前面神经直接刺激、瞬目反射与健侧比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而与治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后面神经直接刺激、瞬目反射比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论扶正循经平刺配合药物治疗Hunt面瘫临床疗效确切,对已损伤面神经电生理有明显的改善作用。

Treatment of Hunt facial paralysis with acupuncture for strengthening body resistance and meridians and medication

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture for strengthening body resistance and meridians combined with medication on the treatment of Hunt facial paralysis.Methods 78 patients with Hunt facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group,which were treated by routine acupuncture treatment and treatment group,which were treated by acupuncture for strengthening body resistance and meridians.The changes of own facial nerve EMG before and after treatment was compared in two groups for the evaluation of effect.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（97.50%） was higher than that in control group（86.85%,P0.05）.There was obvious difference between before and after treatment on ipsilateral facial nerve directly stimulate and the blink reflex in treatment group（P0.01）.There was obvious difference between ipsilateral and healthy side on facial nerve directly stimulate and the blink reflex before treatment in treatment group（P0.01）.There was no obvious difference between ipsilateral and healthy side on facial nerve directly stimulate and the blink reflex after treatment in treatment group（P0.05）.There was obvious difference between two groups on facial nerve directly stimulate and the blink reflex（P0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture for strengthening body resistance and meridians combined with medication has definite effect on the treatment of Hunt facial paralysis,and has significant improvements on the damaged facial nerve electrophysiology.
