金铃调胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎30例临床疗效观察

目的观察金铃调胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将59例肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例予金铃调胃汤口服治疗,对照组29例予口服常规西药治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果病理学疗效:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为69.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证侯疗效:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率为72.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗幽门螺杆菌疗效:治疗组总效率为74.07%,对照组总有效率为77.78%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金铃调胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效确切。

Treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony by Jinlingtiaowei decoction

Objective To study the effect of chronic superficial gastritis treated with liver-stomach disharmony by Jinlingtiaowei decoction.Methods 59 patients with chronic superficial gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony were divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated by oral Jinlingtiaowei decoction.The other 29 patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine.The course was four weeks in two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of pathology：The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.0%,and 69.0% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome：The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%,and 72.4% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The therapeutic effect of anti-Helicobacter pylori：The total effective rate in treatment group was 74.07%,and 77.78% in control group.There was no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Jinlingtiaowei decoction has positive effect on chronic superficial gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony.
