| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟金琥逐石饮治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法将105例泌尿系结石患者随机分为2组,治疗组63例采用自拟金琥逐石饮治疗,对照组42例采用排石颗粒治疗。2组均7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效和主要症状改善情况。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组腰腹疼痛、尿血症状的改善率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论自拟金琥逐石饮对泌尿系结石具有显著的利尿通淋、排浊逐石的功效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Jinhu Zhushiyin on urolithiasis.Methods 105 cases of urolithiasis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group（n=63）were treated by Jinhu Zhushiyin.42 cases in control group were treated by Lithagogue Powder.The course was 7 days in two groups.The clinical effect and syndrome improvement were observed after two courses.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.There were differences between two groups on syndrome improvement rate（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jinhu Zhushiyin has inducing diuresis for treating strangurtia on urolithiasis. |
