醒脑静注射液治疗儿童病毒性脑炎31例疗效观察

目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法将病毒性脑炎患儿61例随机分为2组,对照组30例予常规治疗,治疗组31例在对照组治疗基础上加醒脑静注射液治疗。2组均治疗10 d后观察疗效。结果 2组症状改善时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治愈率87.1%,对照组治愈率63.3%,治疗组治愈率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论醒脑静注射液治疗儿童病毒性脑炎疗效显著。

Treatment of children with viral encephalitis by Xingnaojing injection

Objective To observe the effect of children with viral encephalitis treated by Xingnaojing injection.Methods 61 children with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=30） were treated by routine therapy.31 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Xingnaojing injection and routine therapy.The effect was observed ten days after treatment.Results There was significant difference between two groups on time of symptom improvement（P0.01）.The treatment group was superior to that in control group.The cure rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Xingnaojing injection has significant effect on the treatment of children with viral encephalitis.
