芍药甘草汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪35例临床观察

目的观察芍药甘草汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法将70例中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为2组,均予常规治疗。治疗组35例加芍药甘草汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,对照组35例加巴氯芬片治疗,2组疗程均为6周。观察2组疗效和2组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率82.86%,对照组总有效率74.29%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组肌张力疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高明显(P<0.05)。结论芍药甘草汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪,可明显改善患者患肢的肌张力,促进肢体功能的恢复,提高患者生存自理能力,且不良反应少。

Observation of Shaoyao - gancao decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on spastic paralysis after a stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shaoyao-gancao decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on spastic paralysis after a stroke.Methods 70 patients with spastic paralysis after a stroke were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were treated by routine therapy.And treatment group received Shaoyao-gancao decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.Control group received Baclofen tablets.The course was six weeks in two groups.The effect and changes of Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index score before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（82.86%） was superior to that in control group（74.29%,P〈0.05）.Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index score after treatment was increased as compared with that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）.Increase in treatment group was obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shaoyao-gancao decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can significantly improve muscle tension in patients with spastic paralysis after a stroke and promote the recovery of limb function and enhance survival and self-care ability of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions.
