进展性缺血性卒中危险因素及疗效分析

目的探讨进展性缺血性卒中(SIP)的危险因素。方法对本院收治的52例SIP患者及140例非SIP患者临床和实验室检查做回顾性分析。结果 192例患者中SIP 52例,发生率27.1%。单因素分析显示,SIP组的年龄、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平显著高于非SIP组;糖尿病、原发性高血压、颈动脉斑块发生率也明显高于非SIP组。多因素分析显示,hs-CRP>3 mg/L、Fg>4 g/L与缺血性卒中进展独立相关。结论缺血性卒中急性期hs-CRP、Fg增高是缺血性卒中进展的独立危险因素。

Analysis of risk factors and efficacy of ischemic stroke in progression

Objective To explore risk factors of ischemic stroke in progression.Methods Clinical and laboratory examination of 52 cases of stroke in progression（SIP） in our hospitalized and the same period 140 cases of non-progressive ischemic stroke were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 52 case of SIP in 192 cases（27.1%）.Univariate analysis showed that Age,high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,fibrinogen（Fg） levels in SIP group were significantly higher than those in non-progressive ischemic stroke group.The incidence rate of diabetes,primary hypertension and carotid artery plaque in SIP group were significantly higher than those in non-progressive ischemic stroke group.Multivariate analysis showed that hs-CRP〉3 mg/L and Fg〉 4 g/L was independently associated to ischemic stroke in progression.Conclusion The increase of hs-CRP and Fg in the acute phase of ischemic stroke is independent risk factor for stroke progress.
