陷胸三金汤对胆结石患者胆汁中总胆汁酸及总胆固醇含量的影响

目的观察陷胸三金汤对胆结石患者胆汁中总胆汁酸及总胆固醇含量的影响。方法将胆结石术后患者42例随机分为2组,治疗组23例服用陷胸三金汤,对照组19例采用常规治疗,分别于术中及服药后30 d测定2组胆汁中总胆汁酸及总胆固醇含量。结果治疗组术中总胆汁酸、总胆固醇与术后30 d比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,术后30 d优于术中;2组术后30 d总胆汁酸、总胆固醇比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗组较对照组总胆汁酸升高,总胆固醇含量降低。结论陷胸三金汤可明显升高胆结石患者胆汁中总胆汁酸含量,降低胆汁中总胆固醇含量,对胆结石有明显预防和治疗作用。

Experimental study of Xianxiongsanjin decoction on bile acid and cholesterol contents in bile of patients with gallstone

Objective To investigate the effect of Xianxiongsanjin decoction on bile acid and cholesterol contents in bile of patients with gallstone. Methods 42 cases of gallstone after operation were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 23 ） were treated by Xianxiongsanjin decoction. Patients in control group （ n = 19） were treated by routine therapy. Bile acid and cholesterol contents in bile of patients were detected in operation and 30 days after taking medicine in two groups. Results There were significant differences between bile acid and cholesterol in operation and those in 30 days after taking medicine in treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Bile acid and cholesterol in 30 days after taking medicine were superior to those in operation and those. There was obvious difference between two groups on bile acid and cholesterol in 30 days after taking medicine （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The bile acid increased and total cholesterol decreased in treatment group. Conclusion Xianxiongsanjin decoction gallstone can enhance bile acid content in bile of patients with gallstone, and decrease cholesterol content. It has prevention and treatment effect on gallstone.
