内功推拿联合倒走锻炼治疗非特异性腰痛45例临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察内功推拿联合倒走锻炼治疗非特异性腰痛的临床疗效。方法将90例非特异性腰痛患者随机分为2组。对照组45例予内功推拿联合点按髂脊角,治疗组45例在对照组治疗基础上联合倒走锻炼。2组均治疗2周。治疗前后用疼痛目测类比定法( VAS)和改良中文版Roland-Morris功能障碍问卷表( CRMDQ)评价2组的腰部疼痛和功能障碍受限程度。结果2组治疗后VAS评分、CRMDQ评分均降低(P<0.01),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论内功推拿联合倒走锻炼在缓解患者疼痛,改善患者腰部功能上具有明显优势。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of massage to benefit the internal organs combined with back-wards exercise on the treatment of non -specific low back pain .Methods 90 patients with non -specific low back pain were randomly divided into two groups .45 patients in control group were treated by massage to benefit the inter-nal organs combined with click the iliac crest angle .45 patients in treatment group were treated by massage to benefit the internal organs combined with backwards exercise .Back pain and dysfunction limited extent were evaluated by VAS of pain and CMRDQ after two weeks of treatment .Results VAS score and CMRDQ score after treatment was decreased in two groups (P〈0.01).The decrease of treatment group was superior to that of control group (P〈0.01).Conclusion Massage to benefit the internal organs combined backwards exercise has significant advantage on relieving pain in patients and improving lumbar function .
