湿润烧伤膏联合云南白药对宫颈高频电波刀环形电切术后患者排液持续时间、出血时间、出血量及创面愈合情况的影响

目的 观察湿润烧伤膏联合云南白药对宫颈高频电波刀环形电切术（LEEP）后患者排液持续时间、出血时间、出血量及创面愈合情况的影响.方法 将76例宫颈LEEP术后患者随机分为2组.治疗组38例予创面云南白药加湿润烧伤膏外涂治疗,对照组38例予常规治疗.对2组术后排液持续时间、出血时间、出血量及创面愈合情况进行对比分析.结果 2组术后阴道排液持续时间、出血时间、出血量及创面愈合情况比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,治疗组优于对照组.结论 湿润烧伤膏联合云南白药应用于宫颈LEEP术后创面能促使炎症消退,水肿吸收,渗出明显减少,阴道排液时间缩短.局部组织保持一种干燥状态,同时与药物的营养支持联合,使创面愈合速度大大加快.

Observation of moist exposed burn ointment combined with Yunnan Baiyao on discharge duration,bleeding time,blood loss and wound healing in patients with cervical LEEP

Objective To explore the effect of moist exposed burn ointment combined with Yunnan Baiyao on discharge duration,bleeding time, blood loss and wound healing in patients with cervical LEEP. Methods 76 patients with cervical LEEP were randomly divided into two groups. 38 patients in treatment group received moist exposed bum ointment combined with Yunnan Baiyao. 38 cases in control group received conventional therapy and symptomatic treatment in unusual circumstances. Vaginal discharge, bleeding time, blood loss and wound healing were comparatively analyzed. Results There was significant difference between two groups on Vaginal discharge, bleeding time, blood loss and wound healing（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Those of treatment group were superior to those of control group. Conclusion Moist exposed burn ointment combined with Yunnan Baiyao can promote Inflammation subsided, absorption of edema, exudation significantly reduced,vaginal discharge time is shortened on the wound of cervical LEEP
