康肾口服液联合激素治疗IgA肾病肾病综合征32例临床观察

目的 观察康肾口服液联合激素治疗IgA肾病肾病综合征的临床疗效.方法 将64例IgA肾病肾病综合征随机分为2组.对照组32例予激素常规治疗,治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上加用康肾口服液.治疗12个月后观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白（Alb）,并进行组间比较.结果 治疗组总有效率90.6%,对照组总有效率68.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组.2组24 h尿蛋白定量、Alb治疗前后比较均有明显改善（P〈0.01）,且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 康肾口服液联合激素治疗IgA肾病肾病综合征疗效确切,且可降低尿蛋白排泄量,提高血清白蛋白.

Therapeutic effect of Kangshen oral liquid combined with hormone therapy on the treatment of IgA nephropathy with nephritic syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Kangshen oral liquid combined with hormone therapy on the treatment of IgA nephropathy with nephritic syndrome. Methods 64 cases of IgA nephropathy with nephritic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was treated with conventional hormone therapy, the treatment group was treated with Kangshen oral liquid combined with hormone therapy. The clinical effect,24h urine protein and blood albumin were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the controlled group （68.8%, P 〈 0.05 ）. The index of urine protein in 24 hours and the blood albumin in treatment group were superior to those of the controlled group after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Kangshen oral liquid combined with hormone on IgA nephropathy with nephritic syndrome was superior to that of the hormone used only, and can obviously decrease urine albumin excretion,increase serum albumin with a low incidence of adverse reactions.
