知柏地黄汤加减治疗阴虚体质牙周病63例临床观察

目的 观察知柏地黄汤加减治疗阴虚体质牙周病的临床疗效.方法 将126例阴虚体质牙周病患者随机分为2组.对照组63例予西医常规治疗,治疗组63例在对照组治疗基础上加用知柏地黄汤加减口服.2组均7 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察临床疗效及治疗前后牙龈毛细血管血流量（GBF）、血流速度（BCV）及血浓度（BC）.结果 治疗组总有效率93.65%,对照组总有效率69.84%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组.治疗组治疗后GBF、BCV及BC与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而对照组治疗后GBF、BCV及BC与本组治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,2组治疗后GBF、BCV及BC组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 知柏地黄汤加减治疗阴虚体质牙周病疗效确切.

Treatment of periodontal disease with Yin-deficiency constitution by Zhibaidihuang decoction

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhibaidihuang decoction on the treatment of perio-dontal disease with Yin - deficiency constitution. Methods 126 cases of periodontal disease with Yin - deficiency constitution were randomly divided into two groups. 63 cases of control group received conventional western therapy. 63 cases of treatment group received Zhibaidihuang decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The course was seven days in two groups. The clinical effect, capillary blood flow （CBF） of gingival, blood flow velocity （BFV） and blood concentration （BC） before and after treatment observed after three courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （93.65 % ） was higher than that in control group （69.84%, P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences between before and after treatment on CBF, BFV and BC in treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no signifi- cant differences between before and after treatment on CBF, BFV and BC in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhibaidihuang decoction has a good effect on the treatment of periodontal disease with Yin - deficiency constitution.
