定喘汤对支气管哮喘患者肺功能及血清IL-4和ECT的影响

目的探讨定喘汤对支气管哮喘患者肺功能及血清中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的影响。方法将70例支气管哮喘患者随机分为2组,对照组35例给予氨茶碱和安慰剂治疗,治疗组35例予氨茶碱和定喘汤治疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程。1个疗程后检测肺功能及血清中IL-4和ECP水平。结果 2组治疗后肺功能指标均增加,血清中IL-4和ECP水平均降低,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且2组治疗后肺功能指标及血清中IL-4和ECP的水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)结论定喘汤能有效改善支气管哮喘患者肺功能,其机制可能与调节患者血清中IL-4和ECP水平有关。

Effect and mechanism of Asthma-reliving decoction on pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To explore the effect of Asthma - reliving decoction on pulmonary function, IL - 4 and ECP in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 70 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 35 ） were treated by Aminophylline and placebo. 35 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Aminophylline and Asthma - reliving decoction. The course was two weeks in two groups. After a course, the level of IL -4 and ECP in serum was measured. Results There were significant differences between before and after treatment on pulmonary function, the level of IL - 4 and ECP in two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences between control group and treatment group on pulmonary function, the level of IL - 4 and ECP after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Asthma - reliving decoction can improve significantly pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma, its mechanism maybe related to regulate the level of IL - 4 and ECP in serum.
