摘    要:目的分析反复脑缺血再灌注(RCIR)小鼠造模过程中体质量、操作者因素与造模结局之间的关系,以期降低造模过程中小鼠死亡率。方法取健康SPF级雄性昆明小鼠47只,进行编号,并记录体质量,进行RCIR造模,在造模的过程中始终标明小鼠编号进行跟踪,直至该小鼠成活或死亡时获取造模结局及操作者的数据,最后对记录的数据按照造模结局进行分类,将体质量、操作者作为变量,进行统计学分析,并综合进行Logistic回归多元统计分析。结果在体质量32.5~37.7 g范围内小鼠体质量与造模结局无关(P〉0.05),操作者与造模结局也无关(P〉0.05)。结论在一定体质量范围内,造模结局与小鼠体质量、年资相仿并经过同期培训的手术操作者无关,对造模结局没有影响的小鼠体质量差可以扩大到5.2 g。

Logistic regression analysis of influencing factors of repeated cerebral ischemia reperfusion mice model

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between mice body weight, molding period, experimenter factor and the molding denouement in the process of building repeated cerebral ischemia reperfusion (RCIR) mice ,in order to reduce the mortality rate in the process of building. Methods 47 SPF health male Kunming mice were taken and numbered, and record quality numerical, RCIR model were made. In the process of modeling the tracking number was always indicated in mice, until the rat survival or death for modeling the end, modeling period, the data of the op- erator,the data recorded shall be carried out in accordance with the building end classification. Mice body weight, molding period and the experimenter were set as variables, and they were statistical analysis by comprehensive logistic regression and multivariate statistical analysis model. Results Mice weight has nothing to do with the molding de- nouement within the weight scope from 32.5 to 37.7 g (P 〉 0.05 ), the factor of experimenter also has nothing to do with the molding denouement (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Mice body weight and the factor of experimenter with simi- lar technical level has nothing to do with the molding denouement in the weight of a certain range. It can be extendedto 5.2 g which has no effect on the molding denouement of building a repeated cerebral ischemia reperfusion mice model.
