中西医结合治疗结节性甲状腺肿68例

目的观察中西医结合治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法将68例结节性甲状腺肿患者随机分为2组，对照组34例予左甲状腺素钠片治疗，治疗组34例在对照组基础上加瘿瘤消散汤。2组均3个月为1个疗程，6个月后统计临床疗效及疗效指数；检测2组治疗前后游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、血清游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT4）及促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平变化；B超测量治疗前后甲状腺结节大小变化。结果治疗组总有效率（67．75％）优于对照组（44．12％，P〈0．05）。2组治疗后n与本组治疗前比较明显升高（P〈0．05），TSH降低（P〈0．05），且2组组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后甲状腺结节明显缩小，症状评分降低（P〈0．05），且与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗结节性甲状腺肿，既减少了TSH对甲状腺的刺激，也达到了疏肝健脾、化痰散结缩小或控制甲状腺结节大小的作用。

Treatment of multinodular goiter with combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine

Objective To observe the effect of multinodular goiter treated by combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 68 cases of muhinodular goiter were randomly divided into two groups for comparison treatment. 34 cases in control group were treated by Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets. 34 patients in treatment group were treated by yingliuxiaosan decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The course was three months in two groups. The clinical effect and therapy index were recorded after two courses. The changes of FT3 , FT4 and TSH before and after treatment were detected. The change of thyroid nodule size before and after treatment was measured by B Ultrasound. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （67.75%） was superior to that in control group （44.12% , P 〈 0.05 ）. FT4 level after treatment was increased as compared with that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. TSH levels were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Thyroid nodule after treatment was reduced in treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on muhinodular goiter reduced TSH stimulation to thyroid, also reach the liver spleen, eliminating phlegm to fights to reduce or control the size of thyroid nodule.
