闪罐三联法治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效及止痛效果观察

目的观察闪罐三联治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效,及其对止痛效果的影响。方法将110例泌尿系结石患者随机分为2组,各55例。对照组单纯予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用闪罐疗法+排石汤+运动疗法三联综合治疗。治疗1周后统计疗效并随访2周,比较2组治疗5~30 min、1 d、3 d、1周、2周及3周时患者疼痛消失情况。结果治疗组治愈率90.9%,总有效率94.5%,对照组治愈率58.2%,总有效率80.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组即时止痛率38.2%,1周内止痛率85.5%,总止痛率94.5%,对照组即时止痛率14.5%,1周内止痛率54.5%,总止痛率80%,治疗组止痛效果优于对照组(P0.05)。结论闪罐三联法治疗泌尿系结石临床疗效确切,可明显提高临床统统效果,促进患者结石排出,提高临床治愈率。

Observation of clinical and analgesic effects of triple therapy of quick cupping on urinary calculus

Objective To observe the clinical effects of triple therapy of quick cupping on urinary calculus, and its analgesic effects. Methods 110 subjects with urinary calculus were randomly divided into two groups, 55 subjects in each group. Subjects in control group were treated by western routine treatment. Subjects in treatment group were treated by triple therapy of quick cupping, Paishi decoction and exercise on the basis of control group treatment. The curative effect was evaluated after one week, and follow-up two weeks. The pain relief effects 5~30 min, 1 d, 3 d, 1 week, 2 and 3 weeks after treatment were compared in two groups respectively. Results The cure rate in treatment and control group was 90. 9% and 58. 2% respectively, and the total effective rate was 94. 5% and 80. 0% respectively, the curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group. The immediately, 1 week and total analgesic rates in treatment group were 38. 2%, 85. 5% and 94. 5% respectively, and there were 14. 5%, 54. 5% and 80% in control group respectively, the analgesic effects in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Triple therapy of quick cupping has exact effect on urinary calculus, can increase clini-cal effects, promote removing urinary calculus, improve the clinical cure rate.
