加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术后再发心绞痛痰瘀互结证的临床研究

目的观察加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后再发心绞痛痰瘀互结证的临床疗效。方法将86例冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛痰瘀互结证患者,随机分为2组。对照组43例予西医常规治疗,治疗组43例在对照组治疗基础上加用加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计临床疗效,并比较2组治疗前后西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分情况。结果中医证候疗效:治疗组总有效率93.02%,对照组总有效率74.42%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。心电图疗效:治疗组总有效率90.70%,对照组总有效率72.09%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗后SAQ评分均较本组治疗前升高(P0.05),治疗组治疗后SAQ评分改善均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛痰瘀互结证疗效确切。

Clinical observation of modified Gualou - xiebai - banxia decoction for refractory angina with phlegm - blood stasis type in coronary heart disease patients after percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified Gualou - xiebai - banxia decoction for re-fractory angina with phlegm - blood stasis type in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods 86 CHD patients after PCI with refractory angina of phlegm - blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n = 43)received western routine treatment,and the treatment group received modified Gualou - xiebai - banxia decoction on the basis of control group treatment,continuously treat-ment for four weeks. The curative effect was evaluated after treatment. The scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ)before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in treatment and control group was 93. 02% and 74. 42% respectively,with statistical difference(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of ECG in treatment and control group was 90. 70% and 72. 09% re-spectively,with statistical difference(P < 0. 05). The improvement of SAQ after treatment in treatment group was superior to that in control group,with statistical difference(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Gualou - xiebai -banxia decoction has exact effects on the treatment for refractory angina with phlegm - blood stasis type in CHD pa-tients after PCI.
