摘    要:目的通过分析针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)常用腧穴,梳理已有知识结构,探讨该领域发展趋势。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)中关于针灸治疗LDH常用腧穴的相关文献。经Refworks格式转换后,利用Citespace软件生成针灸治疗LDH常用相关文献的作者、研究机构及关键词的共现图谱,并进行分析。结果形成后的图谱共有511位作者被纳入,其中有49位作者发文量≥3篇;共有317所机构被纳入,其中有22所机构发文量≥3篇;共有128个关键词被纳入,最常用的治疗方法为电针,最常用的穴位是夹脊穴。结论 LDH的针灸治疗领域中研究最多的依然是传统常用腧穴,如夹脊穴、环跳穴等,而随着研究的深入,临床中采用远端取穴的方式也得到进一步的发展,在此领域中形成了多点取穴治疗的新型诊疗思路,充分显示了中医针灸的特色诊疗。

Visual analysis of commonly used acupoints on the acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation
Abstract:Objective To analyze the commonly used acupoints on the acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),help to sort out the knowledge,discuss the development tendency in this field. Methods The literatures which related with the commonly used acupoints of acupuncture therapy of LDH were searched from China National Lnowledge Infrastructure(CNLI). After Refworks format conversion,the co - appearance maps involving author,research institution and key words related with acupuncture therapy of LDH were generated by CiteSpace,and then analyzed. Result There were 511 authors involved in the map,and 49 of them with more than three articles. There were 317 research institutions involved in the map,and 22 of then with more than three articles. There were 128 key words involved in map,and the most common therapy was electroacupuncture,the most common used acu-point was Jiaji points. Conclusion Traditional common used acupoint like Jiaji and Huantiao had been one of the most extensively studied in the filed of acupuncture therapy of LDH. As research continues,the distal end points gained further study. To form a new thinking of diagnosis and treatment that fully shows the diagnostic feature of Acu-puncture.
