泻肺平喘灵颗粒扩张模型豚鼠支气管的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察泻肺平喘灵颗粒对组胺所致豚鼠支气管痉挛的影响。方法采用组胺建立豚鼠支气管痉挛模型40只,随机分为5组,即空白对照组、阳性对照组、泻肺平喘灵高剂量组、泻肺平喘灵中剂量组、泻肺平喘灵低剂量组。空白对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液,阳性对照组给予氨茶碱,泻肺平喘灵组分别给予高、中、低剂量泻肺平喘灵颗粒,30min后记录各组支气管气道内压,再次静脉注射组胺并记录各组支气管气道内压。结果给药30min后泻肺平喘灵颗粒高、中剂量组气道内压与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而低剂量组作用不明显(P>0.05)。2次注射组胺后,泻肺平喘灵颗粒高剂量组及阳性对照组与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与空白对照组给药30min后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高、中剂量泻肺平喘灵颗粒可扩张支气管,在一定范围内对抗组胺对支气管的收缩作用,对实验性豚鼠支气管痉挛有较好的治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Xiefeipingchuanling granula on bronchospasm caused by histamine in guinea pig. Methods The bronchospasm models of guinea pig were established by intravenous injection with histamine. The 40 model guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups, blank control group, positive control group, guinea pigs in Xiefeipingchuanling granula high-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group. The guinea pigs in blank control group were given 0.9% NS; the guinea pigs in positive group were given aminophyllline; the guinea pigs in three treatment groups were given different doses of Xiefeipingchuanling granula,after 30 min the air pressure in airway was recorded, then intravenous injection with histamine was performed again and air pressure in airway was recorded. Results 30 min after administration there was a significant difference in air pressure in airway between high-doses as well as middle-dose groups and blank control group (P<0.05),however there was no significant difference between the two groups and positive control group (P>0.05), After 2-time administration with histamine,there was a significant difference between high-dose group and positive control group as well as blank control group(P<0.05),but 30min after administration there was no significant difference between high-dose group and blank control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The high-does and middle-dose Xiefeipingchuanling granula can dilate bronchus and resist the effect of bronchoconstriction caused by histamine,which is effective in treating experimental bronchospasm of guinea pigs.
