电针肾俞、膈俞、百会穴对拟血管性痴呆小鼠免疫器官的影响

目的：观察电针肾愈、膈俞、百会穴对拟血管性痴呆小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：复制脑缺血再灌注拟血管性痴呆小鼠模型，电针肾俞、膈愈、百会穴，分别于术后7、15、30日，与喜德镇对照治疗，计算脾脏指数和胸腺指数。结果：电针对模型运动物的脾脏指数有双向调节作用，对胸腺指数未见明显影响。结论：电针肾便、膈俞、百会穴对模型小鼠免疫功能的双向调节作用，可能是针刺治疗血管性痴呆作用机理之一。

The Effect of Electro - Acupuncture in Shenshu, Geshu and Baihui on the Immune Organs of Synetetic VD Mouse

Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture in Shensu,Geshu and Baihui on the immune function of synthetic VD mouse.Method synthetic VD mouse of ischemiare-filling was duplicated,electro-acupunture was made on Shenshu,Geshu and Baihui and then the spleen and thymus indexes were calculated five,fifteen or thirty days respectively after the operation,with Hydergine as control medicine.Results electro-acupuncture had double adjustment function on the model animals' spleen index but had no obvious effect on thymus index.Conclusions the double adijustment of electro-acupuncture in Shenshu,Geshu and Baihui on the immune function of model mouse might be one of the mechanisms of treating VD with acupuncture.
