扶正排铅汤治疗高血铅致小儿反复呼吸道感染60例疗效观察

目的观察扶正排铅汤治疗高血铅致小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效及对患儿血铅浓度和呼吸道感染发作间隔时间的影响。方法将120例高血铅致反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为2组,对照组60例予西药治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加扶正排铅汤。2组均3周为1个疗程,连续2个疗程,随访1年。疗程结束后测定2组治疗前后血铅浓度变化及疗效,随访统计呼吸道感染发作间隔时间。结果治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率43.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后血铅浓度、呼吸道感染发作间隔时间与本组治疗前均明显改善（P〈0.05）,且与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论扶正排铅汤治疗高血铅致小儿反复呼吸道感染,可提高患儿机体免疫力,促进铅毒排泄,降低患儿呼吸道感染发作频率,疗效确切。

Observation of Fuzhengpaiqian decoction on children with recurrent respiratory tract infections caused by high blood lead levels

Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzhengpaiqian decoction on children with recurrent respiratory tract infections caused by high blood lead levels.Methods 120 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections caused by high blood lead levels were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received western medicine treatment.60 patients in treatment group were treated by Fuzhengpaiqian decoction combined with western medicine.The course was three weeks in two groups.Patients received two consecutive period of treatment,were followed up for one year.The changes of blood lead levels,effect and seizure frequency of respiratory tract infections were observe.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（90.0%） was higher than that in control group（43.3%,P0.05）.Blood lead concentration and time interval of respiratory infections seizure after treatment were improved in comparison with that before treatment in treatment group,and there was obvious difference between two groups on blood lead level and time interval of respiratory infections seizure（P0.05）.Conclusion Fuzhengpaiqian decoction can improve immunity in children,promote the excretion of lead poisoning and reduce the frequency of seizures in children with respiratory tract infections on the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections caused by high blood lead levels.
