| 摘 要： | 目的观察参芪汤内服对肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法随机将160例肛瘘患者分成治疗组80例,在每日常规中药换药的基础上口服参芪汤;对照组80例,每日常规中药换药。4周后进行疗效比较。结果(1)治疗组总有效率达94.16%,明显高于对照组85%(P<0.05);(2)治疗组伤口平均愈合时间较对照组减少,术后伤口疼痛、溢液等症状改善,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪汤内服对肛瘘术后创面愈合有显著疗效,能提高肛瘘术后创面愈合速度,改善患者气血虚的症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi decoction on recovery of the wound of patient with anal fistula. Method 160 patients with anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=80) were treated by Shenqi decoction. Patients in control group (n=80) were treated by routine therapy. Result The total effective rate in treatment group (94.16%) was higher than that in control group (85.00%, P<0.05). The average recovery time of the treatment group was less than that of control group. And the symptoms such as ache and overflow of the succus of the wound showed an improvement for treatment group.Conclusion Shenqi decoction has a significant effect on the recovery of the wound of the anal fistula patients in comparison with routine therapy. |
