银杏达莫注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗狼疮肾炎32例疗效观察

目的观察银杏达莫注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗狼疮肾炎(LN)的临床疗效。方法将62例LN患者随机分为2组,对照组30例采用标准激素及环磷酰胺冲击等常规治疗,治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液联合黄芪注射液。观察2组临床疗效、生化指标(24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、甘油三酯)、凝血指标血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体]。结果2组完全缓解率和总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、甘油三酯比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后优于治疗前。2组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、甘油三酯比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组治疗前后PT、APTT、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后优于治疗前。2组治疗后PT、APTT、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论在常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液联合黄芪注射液治疗LN,充分发挥协同作用,是一种安全有效、价格低廉的辅助治疗方法。

Effect of combination of Ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection and astragalus injection on lupus nephritis

Objective To explore the effect of combination of Ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection and astragalus injection on lupus nephritis（LN）.Methods 62 patients with LN were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases of LN in control group were treated by routine therapy including hormone and Cyclophosphamide.Patients in treatment group（n=32）were treated by combination of routine therapy,Ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection and astragalus injection.Clinical effect,biochemical indicators（24 h urinary protein,serum albumin,Blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and TG）and blood clotting indexes（plasma prothrombin time（PT）,APTT,Fibrinogen and D-dimer）were observed before and after treatment.Results Complete remission rate and total effective rate in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.24 h urinary protein,serum albumin,Blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and TG after treatment were obviously improved in two groups（P0.05）.The improvement of biochemical indicators in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.There were significant differences between before and after treatment on PT,APTT,Fibrinogen and D-dimer in two groups（P0.05）.The improvement of blood clotting indexes in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of routine therapy,Ginkgo leaf extract and diphyridamole injection and astragalus injection is a,safety,effective and adjunctive therapeutic method on LN.
