中药浴对40例糖尿病周围神经病变患者症状及危险因素的影响

目的观察中药浴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法将76例DPN患者随机分为2组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用中药浴治疗。2组治疗3周后进行症状疗效比较,并观察2组治疗前后正中神经、腓总神经运动神经传导速度（MNCV）和感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）变化及血糖、血脂、血压变化。结果治疗组改善症状总有效率80.56%,对照组56.25%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组症状疗效优于对照组;治疗组正中神经、腓总神经MNCV和SNCV提高的幅度明显高于对照组（P〈0.001）;2组患者血糖、血脂、血压治疗后均改善,其中总胆固醇（TC）改善明显（P〈0.05）,空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、甘油三酯（TG）及收缩压、舒张压改善差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论中药浴促进DPN康复效果优于单纯的西药治疗,且使用安全。

Effects of the lavipeditum of traditional Chinese drug on symptoms and risk factors of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the lavipeditum of traditional Chinese drug in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods Seventy-six patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional therapies,but those in the treatment group were given the lavipeditum of traditional Chinese drug additionally.After 3-week treatment,changes in the motor nerve conduction velocity（MNCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity（SNCV） of median nerves and common peroneal nerves,as well as changes in blood glucose,lipid and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group（80.56% vs.56.25%,P0.05）.The improvement in the MNCV and SNCV of median nerves and common peroneal nerves was more obvious in the treatment group as compared with the control group（P0.001）.The blood glucose,lipid and blood pressure were improved significantly after treatment in both groups.The changes in fasting glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,triglyceride,systolic and diastolic blood pressure were similar between the two groups（P0.05）,but the reduction in the total cholesterol level in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group（P0.05）.No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The lavipeditum of traditional Chinese drug is a safe and effective adjuvant to Western medicine in treating patients with DPN.
