| 摘 要： | 目的研究藤梨根对胃癌细胞的抑制作用。方法采用MMT法观察藤梨根不同浓度和不同作用时间对胃癌细胞的抑制作用。结果藤梨根原液药物浓度(5.2mg/ml)经稀释4倍(1.3mg/ml)后，抑瘤率最强(88.19％)，随着药物浓度的降低，抑瘤率随之下降；藤梨根对胃癌细胞作用24h抑制作用≤强(87、61％)，48h回落，72h再次上升。结论藤梨根对胃癌细胞有明显杀伤作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of Tengligen on gastric cancer cell.Methods Concentration effect and time effect of Tengligen were observed using MMT method.Results Tumor inhibition rate of 1.3mg/ml Tengligen was the strongest, attained 88.19%. With concentration of Tengligen decrease, tumor inhibition rate was lower. Inhibitory effect of Tengligen was the strongest after 24 hrs (87.61%).Conclusion Tengligen has obviously inhibitory effect on gastric tumor cell. |
