| 摘 要： | 目的 为了观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 对３３例冠心病患者给予通心络胶囊治疗４周，并对心绞痛、心电图和血液流变学情况进行观察。结果 通心络能显著降低心绞痛发作频率和硝酸甘油日耗量，总有效率为８５．７１％；对改善中医症候和心电图的总有效率分别为８８．５７％和５７．１４％；且能明显降低血浆黏度、全血黏度及红细胞比积。结论 通心络胶囊是一种治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 33 patients of coronary heart disease were treated using Tongxinluo capsule for 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms of angina pectoris, ECG and hemorrology were observed. Results Frequency of angina pectoris appearance and dose of nitroglycerin a day were decreased, and total effective rate in treatment group was 85.71%. Improvement of TCM syndrome and ECG were 88.57%, 57.14%, respectively. Conclusions Tongxinluo capsule can effectively treat coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. |
