祛浊健肾胶囊治疗痛风性关节炎临床观察

目的观察祛浊健肾胶囊治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择痛风性关节炎168例,随机分为2组。治疗组116例予基础治疗配合祛浊健肾胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次口服;对照组52例予基础治疗配合通益风宁常规治疗。2组均2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察治疗前后血尿酸的变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后血尿酸水平与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率91.3%,对照组总有效率88.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛浊健肾胶囊是治疗痛风关节炎的有效药物,其治疗作用优于通益风宁。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Quzhujianshen capsule on gouty arthritis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Quzhujianshen capsule on gouty arthritis.Methods 168 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.116 patients in treatment group,on the basis of routine therapy,were treated by Quzhujianshen capsule 3 pillls,3 times a day;52 patients in control group,on the basis of routine therapy,were treated by Tongyifengning.The changes of blood uric acid before and after treatment in both groups were observed.Results There were significant differences in the levels of blood uric acid in treatment group before and after the treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the levels of blood uric acid after the treatment between two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.3%,which was 88.5% in control group,there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Quzhujianshen capsule is effective in treating gouty arthritis,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of Tongyifengning.
