疏肝健脾、和胃降逆方加味合穴位敷贴治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良80例疗效观察

目的 观察疏肝健脾、和胃降逆方加味合穴位敷贴治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效.方法 将160例肝郁脾虚型FD患者随机分为2组.治疗组80例予疏肝健脾、和胃降逆方合穴位敷贴治疗.对照组80例予常规西药治疗.2组均4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效.观察2组临床疗效及主要症状积分的变化情况.结果 治疗组总有效率92.8%、显效率86.3%,对照组总有效率90.0%、显效率60.0%,2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后各个症状积分和总积分均明显下降,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01),而且治疗组上腹痛、纳呆、乏力、善太息积分及总积分改善情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 疏肝健脾、和胃降逆方合穴位敷贴治疗FD疗效确切,能推动胃肠蠕动,促进胃肠道排空,达到改善患者临床症状之目的 .

Effect of combination of Chinese herb with soothing liver and strengthening spleen, regulating stomach ascending qi and point application on functional dyspepsia with hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type

Objective To evaluate the effect of combination of Chinese herb with soothing liver and strengthening spleen, regulating stomach ascending qi and point application on functional dyspepsia (FD) with hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type. Methods 160 cases of FD were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=80) were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group (n=80) were treated by combination of Chinese herb with soothing liver and strengthening spleen, regulating stomach ascending qi and point application. The therapeutic course was four weeks in two groups. The effect and main syndrome and sign score were investigated two courses later. Results There was no significant difference between two group on the total effective rate (92.8%, 90.0%,P>0.05). The excellent rate in treatment group (86.3%) was higher than that in control group (60.0%,P<0.05). The syndrome and total score was decreased after treatment in two groups in comparison with those before treatment (P<0.01). The improvement of abdominal pain, anorexia, acratia and total score in treatment group was superior to those in control group (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of Chinese herb with soothing liver and strengthening spleen, regulating stomach ascending qi and point application can promote gastrointestinal motility and evacuation of gastrointestinal tract, improve clinical symptom on functional dyspepsia.
