香砂六君子汤加味治疗2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫35例

目的观察香砂六君子汤加味治疗2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法将70例2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分为2组,对照组35例予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,治疗组35例在对照组基础上加用香砂六君子汤加味治疗。4周后比较2组治疗前后主要临床症状变化及胃排空情况,判断临床疗效,对患者进行随访,统计复发率。结果治疗组总有效率(91.43%)优于对照组总有效率(74.28%,P0.05);治疗组治疗后各项临床症状积分均较本组治疗前及对照组治疗后明显降低(P0.05),且胃残留量少于对照组(P0.05),复发率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤加味治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫能改善临床症状,促进胃排空,降低复发率,有较好的临床疗效。

Effects of additive Xiangsha-liuJunzi decoction on the treatment of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of additive Xiangsha - liuJunzi decoction on the treat-ment of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 70 type 2 diabetic patients with gastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups. 35 subjects in control group were treated by mosapride citrate. 35 subjects in treatment group were treated by additive Xiangsha - liuJunzi decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The major symptoms and the evacuation of stomach before and 4 weeks after treatment were compared between two groups,and the treatment effica-cy was evaluated. The recurrence rate was evaluated by follow - up observation. Results The total effective rate in treatment group(91. 43% )was superior to that in control group(74. 28% ,P ﹤ 0. 05). The clinical syndrome inte-grals after treatment in treatment group were obviously decreased as compared with those in before treatment and con-trol group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The gastric residual volume after treatment in treatment group was less than that in control group(P ﹤ 0. 05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Additive Xiangsha - liuJunzi decoction on the treatment of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis can improve the clinical symptoms,fa-cilitating gastric emptying,decrease recurrence rate,has better clinical effect.
