血必净注射液在肾移植围手术期的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨血必净注射液对肾移植围手术期移植肾功能恢复的作用。方法选择肾移植术后96 h血肌酐(Cr)未降至正常,并且4日中每日尿量<5 000 ml的移植肾功能延迟恢复(DGF)患者28例,随机分为2组,血必净治疗组(A组)13例应用血必净注射液治疗,低分子右旋糖酐治疗组(B组)15例应用低分子右旋糖酐治疗。观察2组患者治疗后Cr、尿素氮(BUN)降至正常所需时间及术后住院天数。结果血必净治疗组治疗后Cr、BUN恢复正常所用天数及术后住院天数均少于低分子右旋糖酐组(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液对移植肾的功能恢复有较好的促进作用,可用于肾移植术后的辅助治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the improvement of Xuebijing on renal transplantation in peri-operation.Methods 28 ptients undergone renal transplantation with delayed graft function whose serum creatinine level remained higher than normal range after 96 hours,and the daily amount of urine less than five thousand mililiters,were randomly divied into two groups.13 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xuebijing injection.15 patients in the control group were treated with dextran-40.The time of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen dropped to normal and hospital day after operation were observed in both groups. Results The time of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen dropped to normal aZnd the days patients were at the hospital after operation in the treatment group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection has better improvement effect to renal function for patients after renal transplantation.
