| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药内服外敷治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将80例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为2组。对照组40例采用西医治疗(秋水仙碱和美洛昔康),治疗组40例给予中药内服外敷治疗(加味四妙散内服和四黄散外敷)。2组均7 d为1个疗程,观察2组治疗2个疗程后的临床疗效和治疗前后血尿酸(UA)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(C-RP)变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后ESR、C-RP浓度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味四妙散内服和四黄散外敷治疗痛风性关节炎疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of gouty arthritis treated by traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Methods 80 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received western medicine（Colchicine and allopurinol）.Treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine therapy（Oral administration of Simiaosan combined with external application of Sihuangsan）.The course was seven days.The effect,uric acid（UA）,ESR and C-RP were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（95.00%） was higher than that in control group（80.00%,P〈0.05）.The levels of ESR and C-RP in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oral administration of Simiaosan combined with external application of Sihuangsan has definite effect on the treatment of gouty arthritis. |
