雄黄为主治疗中高危骨髓增生异常综合征30例临床观察

目的：观察以雄黄为主配合扶正祛邪中药治疗中高危骨髓增生异常综合征（ MDS）的临床疗效及主要不良反应。方法将60例MDS患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予雄黄1 g，日2次口服，服药3周，停1周，同时根据中医辨证分型服用扶正祛邪中药，对照组30例予小剂量CAG方案化疗。2组疗程均为3个月，观察2组治疗前后血象变化、骨髓中原始细胞及病态造血比率和不良反应情况。结果治疗组有效率93．3％，对照组有效率73．3％，治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。2组治疗后白细胞计数（WBC）、血红蛋白（Hgb）及血小板计数（PLT）均升高（P＜0．05），但2组间治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。2组治疗后骨髓粒、红、巨系病态造血及原始细胞比率均降低（P＜0．05），但2组间治疗后比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论以雄黄为主配合扶正祛邪中药治疗中高危MDS有较好临床效果。

Clinical observation of realgar as main on middle or high-risk myelodyplastic syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect and main adverse reaction of realgar as main combined with Chinese herb for strengthening the right and expelling the evil on middle or high -risk myelodyplastic syndrome （ MDS） .Methods 60 MDS patients were randomly divided into two groups .30 patients in treatment group were treated by realgar, 1g, twice a day combined with Chinese herb for strengthening the right and expelling the evil for three weeks .Stop one week , one month is a course of treatment .30 cases in control group were treated by low -dose CAG chemotherapy for three months .Results The total effective rate in treatment group （93.3%） was higher than that in control group （73.3%, P〈0.05）.WBC, Hb and PLT after treatment was increased in two groups （〈0.05）.But there was no significant difference between groups after treatment （P〉0.05）.Bone marrow grain, red, giant dysplasia and primitive cell ratio after treatment was decreased in two groups （P〈0.05）.But there was no sig-nificant difference between groups after treatment （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Realgar as main combined with Chinese herb for strengthening the right and expelling the evil has better clinical effect on middle or high -risk myelodyplastic syndrome.
