川芎嗪注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎30例疗效观察

目的探讨川芎嗪注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的临床疗效。方法将56例SAP患者随机分为2组。对照组26例予常规西医治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用川芎嗪注射液治疗。2组患者分别于治疗前及治疗后第4、7 d采外周静脉血3 mL,测定血清淀粉酶（AMY）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）,并进行急性生理和慢性健康状况评分（APACHE）Ⅱ评分;比较2组患者治疗后症状缓解时间、并发症发生率及平均住院日数。结果2组治疗后4、7 d血清CRP、AMY水平及APACHEⅡ评分变化比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善情况优于对照组。2组腹痛、腹胀消失时间及住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组均短于对照组,表明治疗组取效迅速。结论川芎嗪注射液可以改善病情,提高临床疗效,促进SAP的恢复。

Effect of tetramethylpyrazine injection on severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To explore the therapeutical effect of Tetramethylpyrazine injection on severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods Patients with SAP were randomly divided into 2 groups. Both the two groups were given normal treatment. Patients in treatment group were added with Telramethylpyrazine injection. C - reactive protein （CRP） and serum amylase （AMY） in two groups were detected before treatment and 4th, 7th after treatment. APACHE Ⅱ scores, CRP, AMY, incidence rate of complications, the time of abdominal pain, abdominal distention to relief, the time of staying in hospital in the two groups were compared with each other. Results The levels of AMY, CRP in TMP group at all the time points were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The APACHE Ⅱ scores, effective rate, incidence rate of complications, the time of abdominal pain, abdominal distention to relief and staying in hospital was significantly shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tet- ramethylpyrazine injection can improve the clinical efficacy, promote the restoration of severe acute pancreatitis and has a obvious therapeutic effect on SAP.
