摘    要:目的 观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效.方法 将120例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组予甲钴胺注射液肌肉注射,治疗组在对照组基础上予益气活血通络汤治疗.观察2组临床疗效及神经传导速度变化.结果 治疗组总有效率为71.7%,对照组总有效率为46.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗前后运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照組治疗前后MCT、SCV比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05).2组治疗后MCV、SCV比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 益气活血通络汤联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病神经病变有较好疗效.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in the control group received mecobalamin intramuscular injection.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Yiqihuoxue Tongluo decoction combined with basis treatment in control group.Clinical effect and changes in nerve conduction velocity were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(71.7%) was higher than that in control group(46.7%,P<0.05).There were significant difference between before and after treatment on motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV,P<0.01) in treatment group.In control group before and after treatment there was no significant difference on MNCV and SNCV(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has definite effect on the treatment of DPN.
