山楂降脂丸治疗痰瘀阻络型脑梗死恢复期合并高脂血症90例临床观察

目的观察山楂降脂丸治疗痰瘀阻络型脑梗死恢复期合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将180例痰瘀阻络型脑梗死恢复期合并高脂血症患者随机分为2组。对照组90例单纯采用西医方法治疗,即抗血小板聚集、降脂、稳定斑块、调控血糖、降压及改善心肌供血等治疗。治疗组90例在对照组治疗基础上加用山楂降脂丸治疗。2组均治疗6周,观察2组治疗前后胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-L）水平变化情况及治疗前后全血黏度（高切、低切）、血浆黏度及红细胞刚性指数的变化情况。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组;2组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-L、全血黏度（高切、低切）、血浆黏度及红细胞刚性指数均降低（P〈0.05）,且治疗组下降程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论山楂降脂丸能改善痰瘀阻络型脑梗死恢复期的临床症状、血脂水平及血液流变学指标,疗效确切。

Observation of Shanzhajiangzhi pill on the treatment of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type cerebral in-farction convalescence with hyperlipidemia

Objective To observe the effect of Shanzhajiangzhi pill on the treatment of phlegm - stasis bloc- king collateral type cerebral infarction convalescence with hyperlipidemia. Methods 180 cases of phlegm - stasis blocking Collateral type cerebral infarction convalescence with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. 90 eases in control group were treated by simple western medicine therapy, including Antiplatelet aggregation and lip- id, stable plaques, control blood sugar, depressurization, improving myocardial blood supply. 90 patients in treat- ment group were treated by Shanzhajiangzhi pill on the basis of control group treatment. The course was six weeks in two groups. The changes of TC, TG and LDL - C levels before and after treatment were observed in two groups. The changes of whole blood viscosity （ high shear, low shear）, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte rigidity index before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results Two groups＇total effective comparative difference was statisti- cally significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; the treatment group is better than the control group. The levels of TC, TG and LDL - C after treatment were decreased in two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The decrease of treatment group was superior to that in control group. Whole blood viscosity （high shear, low shear）, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte rigidity index after treatment were decreased in two groups （ P 〈 O. 05）. The decrease of treatment group was superior to that in control group. Coneluslon Shanzhajiangzhi pill can improve the clinical symptoms of phlegm - stasis blocking collateral type cerebral infarction convalescence with hyperlipidemia, reduce blood lipid levels, lower blood rheology indicators, and has definite curative effect.
