易通汤治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性卒中并发脑血管痉挛疗效观察

目的观察易通汤治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性卒中并发脑血管痉挛的临床疗效。方法将70例气虚血瘀型缺血性卒中并发脑血管痉挛患者随机分为2组。对照组34例予尼莫地平片为主治疗,配合静脉滴注活血化瘀、改善循环及营养脑神经液体等常规治疗。治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上加服易通汤治疗。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。比较2组疗效,观察治疗前后大脑中动脉平均脑血流速度变化。结果治疗组治疗效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组双侧大脑中动脉平均脑血流速度（Vm）改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论易通汤治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性卒中并发脑血管痉挛疗效确切。

Observation of Yitongtang on ischemic stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis with cerebral vaso-spasm

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yitongtang on ischemic stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis with cerebral vasospasm. Methods 70 ischemic stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis with cerebral vasospasm were randomly divided into two groups. 34 cases in control group were treated by oral Nimodipine tablets ,cooperating with intravenous drip of,improving blood circulation and nutrition liquid in the brain and other conventional treatment. 36 cases in treatment group received Yitongtang on the basis of control group treat- ment. The therapeutic course was 14 days in two groups. The effect was compared in two groups. The changes of aver- age brain bilateral middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity were observed. Results The effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. hnprovement of average brain bilateral middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity in the treatment group （Vm） was better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yitongtang has definite effect on ischemic stroke patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis with cerebral vasospasm.
