中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病的临床疗效。方法将86例甲状腺功能减退性心脏病患者随机分为2组。对照组42例予左旋甲状腺素钠片口服治疗,治疗组44例在对照组治疗基础上予真武汤加味治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察2组疗效及治疗前后三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、甲状腺素（T4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）及左室射血分数（LVEF）的变化。结果治疗组总有效率95.5%,对照组总有效率66.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后T3、T4、TSH及LVEF较本组治疗前均有改善（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后T3、T4、TSH及LVEF改善均优于对照组治疗后（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病疗效确切,可明显改善心功能,缩短病程。

Clinical observation of integrated Chinese - western therapy on the treatment of hypothyroid heart disease

Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy on the treatment of hypothyroid heart disease.Methods 86 patients with hypothyroid heart disease were randomly divided into control group,which was treated by conventional western medicine（oral treatment of Levothyroxine sodium tablet）,and treatment group,which was treated by combination of Zhenwu decoction and conventional western medicine.The course was four weeks in two groups.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after three courses.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（95.5%） was higher than that in control group（66.7%,P0.05）.There were significant differences between before and after treatment on T3,T4,TSH and LVEF in two groups（P0.05）.T3,T4 and LVEF after treatment were increased,TSH was decreased.T3,T4 and LVEF in treatment group were increased and TSH was decreased in comparison with those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Integrated Chinese-western therapy has definite effect on the treatment of hypothyroid heart disease.
