醒脑静注射液联合血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

目的观察醒脑静注射液联合血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血液流变学指标的影响。方法64例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组。治疗组32例采用醒脑静注射液联合血塞通注射液治疗,对照组32例采用胞二磷胆碱治疗。治疗前后分别测定血液流变学参数,进行神经功能缺损评分,观察其临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后血液流变学参数、神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合血塞通注射液是治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效的方法。

Clinical observation on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction by Xingnaojing injection combined with Xuesaitong injection

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with Xuesaitong injection on acute cerebral infarction and its effect on parameters of hemorrheology. Methods 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 32 patients in treatment group were treated with Xingnaojing injection combined with Xuesaitong injection; the other 32 patients in control group were treated with citicholine. The therapeutic effect, parameters of hemorrheology and score of nerve function defect were observed before and after treatment. in both groups.Results After treatment the parameters of hemorrheology and score of nerve function defect in treatment group were significantly improved, as compared with those before treatment ( P <0.05 or P <0.01), which were superior to those of control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with Xuesaitong injection is an effective and safe therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
