糖尿病前期中西医治疗进展

糖尿病前期是由正常糖耐量向糖尿病转化的重要环节,及时采取措施进行干预可有效延缓甚至截断前期人群向糖尿病的转化。目前针对糖尿病前期的治疗多以一般生活方式干预为基础,西医针对指标异常多选用以双胍类、α-糖苷酶抑制剂等口服降糖药,中医则注重整体,从治未病、态靶因果辨治、脏腑辨证、气血津液辨证、体质辨识等角度出发并辅以中医养生、中医针灸等患者接受度高的干预手段。现将近年来有关糖尿病前期的中西治疗及干预进展综述如下并加以展望。

Progress in traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of prediabetes

Prediabetes is an important link in the transformation from normal glucose tolerance to diabetes.Timely intervention can eff ectively delay or even stop the transformation from prediabetes to diabetes.At present,the treatment of prediabetes is mostly based on general lifestyle intervention.Western medicine usually chooses oral hypoglycemic drugs such as biguanides andα-glycosidase inhibitors for abnormal indicators.Nevertheless,traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to the overall situations of a disease,treating prediabetes from the perspectives of preventative treatment of disease,syndrome differentiation of state-target cause and effect,syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera,syndrome diff erentiation of qi,blood and body fl uid,and body constitution identifi cation,etc.,supplemented by interventions that are highly accepted by patients such as TCM health preservation and acupuncture.The continuous interweaving and integration of traditional medicine and modern medicine has brought more effective methods for the prevention and treatment of diseases.The present situation and progress of Chinese and western treatment and intervention measures related to prediabetes in recent years are summarized and its future is prospected in this paper.
