| 摘 要： | 络病理论是中医基础理论的重要组成部分。随着络病理论研究的不断深入，临床上很多疑难病从络病论治越来越显示出其疗效与优势。从慢性前列腺炎的病因病机和临床表现及络病理论研究成果分析，慢性前列腺炎属中医络病范畴，其基本病理变化是瘀毒阻络，临床治疗应以化瘀通络、活血解毒为基本治则。
