| 摘 要： | 清代著名医家王旭高重视从脾胃论治肝病。通过传统理论研究,结合王旭高肝病治法、医案及相关文献,论证了其从脾胃论治肝病的学术思想是理论传承经典,立论以人为本,治验彰显临床。王旭高从脾胃论治肝病的学术思想,重视脾胃分治,具有重要理论价值和临床指导意义。

| Abstract: | WANG Xugao,a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty,attached great importance to treating liver diseases from spleen and stomach.Through traditional theoretical research,combined with WANG Xugao’s case of treating liver diseases in forensic medicine and related documents,it was demonstrated that his academic thought of treating liver diseases from spleen and stomach theory is a classic of theoretical inheritance,and his argument is people-oriented,treatment and experience highlight clinical manifestations.WANG Xugao’s academic thought of treating liver diseases from spleen and stomach and his emphasis on the partition of spleen and stomach have important theoretical value and clinical guiding signifi cance. |
