基于差异蛋白质鉴别僵蚕及其新型伪品

摘    要:目的通过总蛋白含量、可溶性蛋白含量差异以及应用SDS-PAGE蛋白质电泳寻找差异蛋白质来鉴别僵蚕与伪品黑死蚕、空心僵蚕。方法采用SDS-PAGE法对僵蚕真品与伪品差异蛋白条带进行鉴别。结果发现僵蚕总蛋白含量不低于60.00%,可溶性蛋白含量不低于4.29%,伪品远低于上述指标,可作为僵蚕质量评价的检查项指标,辅助鉴别僵蚕与其伪品;僵蚕特有差异蛋白质(SP)的有无和含量差异,可有效鉴别上述两种新型伪品。结论本研究初步建立基于差异蛋白质的僵蚕真伪鉴别新方法,为下一步完善僵蚕质量标准,以及僵蚕的质量控制提供科学的依据。

Abstract:Objective The characteristic proteins were found through difference of total protein contents and soluble protein contents and SDS-PAGE protein battery to identify Bombyx Batryticatus(Jiang can) and its adulterants.Methed Using SDS-PAGE method to identify differences protein bands from silkworm genuine and its counterfeit goods.Result Total protein content exceed 60.0% and solubility protein content exceed 4.29% in Bombyx Batryticatus(Jiang can),which both outclass adulterants above-mentioned,this can be used as an effective index for examination of the quality evaluation of Bombyx Batryticatus,and assist to insure its identity.The existence and different content of the special characteristic protein(SP) in Bombyx Batryticatus can be used for identification of the two new adulterants above-mentioned.Conclusion This analysis preliminarily established new methods of Bombyx Batryticatus identification based on the stable difference of protein,and laid the scientific foundation for the next improvement of quality standards and control of Bombyx Batryticatus.
