针灸治疗视神经萎缩的研究概况

通过阅读近10年内以针灸为主治疗视神经萎缩的相关文献,总结发现在针刺取穴方面均以体穴为主,其中主要是以眼周眶区取穴(局部取穴)、颈部取穴(邻近取穴)、躯干四肢取穴(远端取穴)为主,同时遵循中医辨证论治原则辨证加穴。在组方上,临床上主要遵循三部配穴法,即局部取穴配合邻近取穴和远端取穴配伍成方。在治法方面有电针、穴位注射、针药结合及其他疗法等,又以针药结合治疗视神经萎缩的最多。在机理方面,针灸可增强视觉中枢生物电活动也可改善视神经传导功能,但目前对其研究尚少。

Research progress of acupuncture therapy for optic atrophy

By reading through related literature on acupuncture as the main therapy to cure atrophy of optic nerve in recent 10 years,we finally find that body point has been focused on in the aspect of acupoint selection,among which the dominant ones are in the area of eye （part selection）, neck （vicinity selection）, body and all fours （far-end selection）. Meantime other acupoints may be added based on the treatment principle of traditional medicine. Three sections of point compatibility were followed in clinic. That is part selection goes with vicinity selection and far-end selection. In treatment, there are manual acupuncture, acusector, acupoint injection, combination of acupuncture and medicine, as well as other treatments. And the most common one in curing atrophy of optic nerve is the combination of acupuncture and medicine. In terms of mechanism, acupuncture can enhance the visual cortex bioelectricity activities and improve the function of optic nerve conduction. However, there is little research on it.
