定心汤联合耳穴贴压治疗心脏神经官能症

目的探讨定心汤联合耳穴贴压治疗心脏神经官能症临床疗效。方法将90例心脏神经官能症病人，随机分为西药组、中药组、中药联合耳穴组，各30例。西药组用西药常规（倍他乐克片12．5mg／次，2次／d；谷维素20mg／次，3次／d）治疗，中药组采用定心汤治疗（黄芪、丹参、炙甘草等），中药联合耳穴组加耳穴压豆（主穴皮质下、内分泌、心等）治疗，2周为1疗程，共2个疗程，观察治疗前后3组的临床疗效、汉密顿抑郁量表和焦虑量表评分改善情况。结果经2个疗程治疗后，中药联合耳穴组显效15例，有效13例，无效2例，总有效率93．3％，与西药组、中药组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。汉密顿抑郁量表和焦虑量表评分变化的测定，中药联合耳穴组的效果显著优于西药组、中药组，且具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论定心汤联合耳穴贴压治疗心脏神经官能症临床疗效优于单独应用西药或定心汤治疗。

Dingxin Decoction （ 定心汤） Combined with Auricular Point Sticking Therapy for Cardiac Neurosis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dingxin Decoction combined with auricular point pressing for car- diac neurosis. Methods 90 patients with cardiac neurosis were divided equally into three groups on random： western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group and Dingxin Decoction combined with auricular point group. Western medicine group treated with conventional western medicine （Betaloc tablets 12.5 mg, twice/d;oryzanol 20mg, 3 times/d）; Chinese medicine group used Dingxin Decoction （ Huang Qi, Danshen root, licorice root, etc. ） ; the last group employed Dingxin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking therapy. There are 2 courses, 2 weeks for 1 course, three groups were observed before and after treatment with reference to Hamilton Depression Scale Score and Anxiety Scale Score. Results After 2 courses of treatment, 15 cases from Dingxin Decoction combined with Auricular point pressing group showed the influence, the therapy were effective in 13 cases and ineffective in 2 cases, with the total effective rate 93.3%. Compared with the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. According the change of Hamilton Depression Scale Score and Anxiety Scale Score, traditional Chinese medicine group combined with auricular point sticking was more effective than the other two groups, which was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Dingxin Decoction combined with auricular point sticking therapy on cardiac neurosis is better than the therapy of western medicine or Dingxin Decoction alone.
