偏头痛基层医生中医辨治规范推广验证研究

目的 对偏头痛基层医生中医辨治规范进行推广验证研究.方法 采用开放性临床验证研究,依据规范对北京三家基层医疗单位的69例偏头痛患者进行为期12周治疗后,分别通过方案遵从率问卷调查、病情问卷调查、患者自我结局评价和不良事件记录来评价规范的适宜性、有效性和安全性.结果 适宜性结果显示,91.3％的患者对医生诊治疗法和管理规范的遵从率达到70％;有效性结果显示,92.8％的患者总体病情得到改善;81.2％的患者头痛频次有所降低,82.6％的患者头痛程度得到改善,82.6％的患者认为自己病情处于好转水平.安全性结果显示,不良事件发生率为5.8％.结论 偏头痛基层医生中医辨治规范适合在基层医疗单位推广使用.

A Verifying and Promoting Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Guideline of Migraines for Primary Physicians

Objective To carry out a verifying and promoting study of traditional Chinese medicine clinical guideline of migraines for primary physicians.Methods In an open verifying clinical trial,69 migraine patients from three primary hospitals were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine clinical guideline of migraine for 12 weeks.The questionnaire of compliance,illness condition,adverse event and patient-reported outcome measures were recorded respectively in terms of percentage.Results There were 91.3％ patients showed a compliance rate higher than 70％ and 92.8％ patients reported an improvement of their disease.The percentage of people reported reduction of migraine attack frequency was 81.2％ with that of 82.6％ for migraine attack degree,resulting 82.6％ patients regarded themselves at a better state than before.Moreover,the adverse event incidence was only 5.8 ％.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine clinical guideline of migraines for primary physicians is feasible to be promoted in primary hospitals.
