补肾活血调周法改善反复体外受精-胚胎移植失败患者卵巢储备功能的机理研究

目的：观察补肾活血调周法改善卵巢储备功能的疗效，并研究其作用机理。方法：将60例参加IVF—ET周期的反复IVF—ET失败患者随机分为中药＋控制性超排组（实验组，30例）和控制性超排组（对照组，30例），观察治疗前后两组之间的临床症状、体征改善情况，血清雌激素水平、促卵泡生成素水平、月经周期第3天窦卵泡数量。结果：①试验组患者临床肝郁肾虚症状得到有效改善，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。②治疗后试验组基础E2水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）、月经周期第3天窦卵泡数量明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），而试验组促卵泡生成素水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：补肾活血调周法改善卵巢储备功能、改善内分泌水平可能与其协调肾气-天癸-冲任-胞宫功能，提高窦卵泡数量及质量有关。

Clinical Studies on Improvement of Ovary Reserve of IVF- ET Failure Patients with Therapy of Strengthening Kidney and Activating Circulation

Objective： To observe the effect on ovary reserve of the IVF - ET failure patients treated with therapy of strengthening kidney and activating circulation and discuss its mechanism. Methods： 60 IVF - ET failure patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medical group （combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine） and the control group （ treated with western medicine）. The symptoms, blood estradiol and follicle - stimulating hormone level, antral follicle count in 3rd day of the cycle were observed before and after treatment. Results：Clinical study showed the symptoms of stagnation of liver - qi and renal deficiency with the decoction combined with western medicine group was obviously better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Blood estradiol and antral follicle count in 3rd day of the cycle was obviously better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Basal levels of follicle - stimulating hormone level were lower than that of the control group. Conclusions ：The therapy of strengthening kidney and activating circulation can improve the ovarian reserve. It is related to improvement of blood estradiol and follicle - stimulating hormone level, antral follicle count and the function of HPOA.
