| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三黄降糖方对2型糖尿病（T2DM）模型SD大鼠心肌及肾功能的影响。方法：SPF级SD大鼠经喂食高脂高糖饲料和注射链脲佐菌素复制T2DM模型。造模成功大鼠根据血糖异常水平随机分为3组：模型组、中药组（三黄降糖方组）及格列齐特组。模型组按10 mL/（kg·d）给予生理盐水灌胃;格列齐特组按17.5mg/（kg·d）给予格列齐特（Ⅱ）片灌胃;中药组给予生药22 g/（kg·d）的三黄降糖方灌胃。四周后腹主动脉釆血测定三组大鼠血糖、心肌酶谱及肾功能等指标,肾脏取材行HE染色,光镜下观察其病理形态学变化。结果：中药组FPG较模型组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中药组和格列齐特组CK、CK-MB及LDH较模型组差异均有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）;中药组UA较模型组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;中药组肾脏病理切片显示肾小球正常,近、远曲小管破坏不明显。结论：三黄降糖方可以降低T2DM模型大鼠血糖水平,改善因T2DM引起的心肌受损和肾小球硬化,从而降低糖尿病心肌病、肾病的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To observe the effects of Sanhuang Jiangtang Decoction on myocardium and renal function in type 2 diabetic mellitus rats. Methods ：The type 2 diabetic mellitus rats model was established by using high fat diet and injec- ting Streptozotocin （STZ） （25 mg kg-1） ,and SD rats were randomly assigned into T2DM model group physiological saline lavage 10 mL （kg d） -1], Gliclazide Tablets group 17.5 g （kg d） -1] and Chinese medicine group San- huang Jiangtang Decoction group ,22g （kg d） -1 ]. After 4 weeks, the whole blood was collected from the abdominal aorta to examine blood glucose level, myocardial zymogram and renal functional indicators. HE staining was performed on the renal tissue to observe the morphological changes. Results：FPG in Chinese medicine group was higher than that in T2DM model group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , CK, CK - MB and LDH in Chinese medicine group and Gliclazide Tablets group were significantly higher than those in T2DM model group（ P 〈 0.01 ） , and UA in Chinese medicine group was higher than that in T2DM model group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Renal pathological sections of Chinese medicine group showed that it was not appar- ent that proximal convoluted tubule and distal convoluted tubule had been damaged, and the glomerulus had not been changed. Conclusion ： Sanhuang Jiangtang Decoction can decrease the blood glucose level, improve myocardial injury and glomerular sclerosis in T2DM model rats. It maybe reduce the incidence of diabetic cardiomyopathy and nephropathy. |
