中药扶正解毒法治疗宫颈HR—HPV感染的临床研究

目的：观察治疗前后中药扶正解毒法对HPV转阴率及血清IL-18浓度改变的影响，探讨扶正解毒法治疗宫颈HR—HPV感染的临床价值。方法：160例宫颈HR—HPV感染患者，按随机单盲法分为中药外用＋中药口服组（40例）、中药外用组（40例）、西药外用组（40例）、西药外用＋中药口服组（40例），连续治疗2个月后对HPV转阴率及血清IL-18浓度变化进行分析。结果：中药外用＋中药口服组、中药外用组、西药外用组、西药外用＋中药口服组4组治疗后HPV转阴率分别为：70．0％，47．5％，45．0％，67．5％，4组治疗后HPV转阴率比较，差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；4组自身前后血清IL-18浓度比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗后血清IL—18浓度均有降低；4组血清IL-18浓度治疗前后差值比较，差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05），中药外用＋中药口服组与西药外用＋中药口服组、中药外用组与西药外用组血清IL-18浓度治疗前后差值比较，差别均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：中药扶正解毒法能有效治疗宫颈HR—HPV感染，降低血清IL-18浓度，调节机体免疫应答，阻断宫颈病变进程。

Clinical Study of Fuzheng Jiedu Therapy on Treatment of Cervical High -risk Human Papilloma Virus Infection

Objective ： To observe the effect of Fuzheng Jiedu therapy on the negative conversion rate of HPV infection and the change of serum IL - 18 concentration before and after treatment. To investigate the clinical value of Fuzheng Jiedu therapy in treating cervical high - risk human papilloma virus infection. Methods ： According to the random method and the single blind method, 160 cases of cervical HR- HPV infection patients were divided into four groups：the external use and oral group with Chinese medication （40 cases） , the external use group with Chinese medication （40 cases）, the external use group with Western medication （40 cases） ,the group with Western medication for external use and Chinese Medication for oral （40 cases）. The negative conversion rate of HPV infection and the change of serum IL - 18 concentration were compared after two months. Results： The negative conversion rates of HPV infection in four groups were 70.0% ,47.5% ,45.0% ,67.5% and there was a significant difference between the four groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the serum IL- 18 concentration in each group was decreased and showed a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The change of serum IL- 18 concentration before and after treatment had a significant difference between the four groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）and meanwhile the external use and oral group with Chinese medication and the group with Western medication for external use and Chinese medication for oral had no significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The external use group with Chinese medication and the external use group with Western medication also had no significantly difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The Fuzheng Jiedu therapy is an effective treatment on cervical HR - HPV infection and it can reduce the concentration of serum IL - 18 and regulate the body＇s immune response and then delay the cervical disease progression.
