慢性盆腔炎应用清热活血消癥类中药灌肠配合微波治疗的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨清热活血消癥类中药灌肠配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法：选择2012年4月—2013年7月100例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料,其中,观察组50例患者采用清热活血消癥类中药灌肠配合微波进行治疗,对照组50例患者采用常规西医治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组患者,组间差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的CRP、IL-2指标均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用清热活血消癥类中药灌肠配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎可明显改善患者的临床症状,缓解患者体内的炎症状态,有利于促进患者的预后恢复,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Clinical Observation of Xiaozheng Enema for Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory

Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaozheng enema for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods：100 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients were divided into two groups. The observation group （50 patients） was treated with Xiaozheng enema with microwave treatment and 50 cases in the control group treated with conventional Western medicine. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%, significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group＇s CRP and IL - 2 compared with those of the control group had been significantly improved with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Xiaozheng enema with microwave for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve clinical symptoms and relieve the patient＇s body inflammatory state, and it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
